Every two years you should check your eyes, especially if you’re wearing glasses. Perhaps you might need new glasses and you may even not notice this. 4. Monitor Your Body Weight
If you want to keep yourself healthy you should monitor your body weight and keep your body weight optimal. In other words, if you need to lose weight make sure that you do so in a healthy way so that all the pounds you’ve lost don’t come back to haunt you.
5. Engage In Physical Activity
The best way to keep yourself healthy and monitor your body weight at the same time is to engage in physical activity. You can engage in physical activity which suits you the best, and that you like doing. If, for example you don’t like going to the gym, you can go hiking or think of different activities that you can perform to keep yourself healthy.
6. Eat Healthy
It is really important to eat the right kind of food so that you remain healthy and strong. Also, right, healthy diet will help you lose weight or keep your weight. Make sure that you avoid eating processed foods, or too much sugar, since it is really bad for your health. Also, and you should lower the sodium intake (reduce salt) in your diet if you want to lower high blood pressure.
